Quick answer: Tickets run $30–$150+ depending on the artist — big classical names sell out. Parking is the public garage on Fay Ave directly across the street (paid, evenings reasonable) plus free Village street parking after 6pm. Every seat in Baker-Baum Concert Hall is excellent; center rows H–P are the acoustic sweet spot.

The public parking structure on Fay Ave is directly across the street and the obvious choice — evening rates are modest. Free street parking in the Village after 6pm on surrounding blocks if you're early. Valet appears for galas; normal concerts don't need it.

No trolley to La Jolla — MTS Route 30 serves the Village from Old Town. Rideshare from UTC or Pacific Beach is $10–$18. Most of the audience drives.

Terrace/balcony center for orchestral programs — you watch the whole ensemble breathe.
Side seats near the stage for chamber music — close enough to read the score.
Honestly, nothing to avoid — the hall's design brief was 'no bad seats' and it delivered.

The Wu Tsai Courtyard and lobby bars serve wine and drinks pre-show and at intermission — arrive early for the courtyard at golden hour. No food service; the Village's restaurants are all within a 5-minute walk.
