Does claiming my business change my ranking?
No. Rankings come from our published scoring method. Claiming a listing gives you corrections, the badge, and a contact channel — it never moves a business up or down a list.
Can I pay to be included in a Best Of list?
No. Placement is not for sale. We do not accept payment for inclusion or position in any ranking, and affiliate relationships have no input into scores.
How do you verify a claim?
We check the business email domain, the phone number on the official listing, or a request sent from the business's own website or social account. Verification is usually done within a few business days.
How do I get my business removed?
Submit a claim and say so in the corrections box. We remove permanently closed businesses immediately and will consider other removal requests case by case.
