1,971 feet long and the longest concrete pier on the West Coast — but it has been closed to the public since October 2023 after storm damage, and the city is replacing it rather than repairing it. You cannot walk out on it. The beach below and the seawall still give you the photo, and the parking lot at the pier is open.
