Pacific Shores — 'Shores' to everyone local — has ocean-themed murals, red lighting, and an OB crowd that has been drinking there for decades. It is dark in the middle of the afternoon, which is exactly what you want from a dive.
Local tip: Cash is easiest, and the back of the bar is darker and quieter than the front.
