Born & Raised does tableside steak Diane, gold-dusted martinis, and a dining room styled like a 1970s power lunch, and somehow none of it feels like a gimmick because the beef backs it up. The dry-aged ribeye arrives with a hard, salted crust and an accurate medium-rare. It is expensive in a way you should plan for.
Local tip: Book the rooftop for drinks an hour before your reservation — it's the best part of the night.
