Newport Avenue antique district
Ocean Beach
The closest thing San Diego has to a proper antique row. Multi-dealer malls stacked with booths ranging from serious mid-century furniture to costume jewelry and surf ephemera. Because it's a beach block, prices reflect the tourists, but the sheer volume of inventory means the mispriced item is always somewhere in the building.
Local tip: Park on the residential streets north of Newport and walk in — the Newport spaces turn over slowly on weekends.
