When is happy hour in San Diego? Most San Diego happy hours run 3-6pm on weekdays, with a growing number of late-night versions starting around 9 or 10pm. The strongest happy hour neighborhoods are the Gaslamp Quarter, Little Italy, North Park and Pacific Beach.
