    Weekend headliners vs weeknight mics

    Friday and Saturday shows are ticketed headliner sets, usually $25–$45 plus a two-item minimum. Weeknight showcases and open mics run $0–$15 and are where local comics work out material.

    Most dedicated clubs are 21+ with ID checked at the door. All-ages comedy shows exist but are rare and usually theater bookings rather than club nights.

    Arrive at doors for seating

    Club seating is assigned at the door in arrival order, so showing up at doors rather than showtime is the difference between the front and the back wall.
